X, short for Alexandra, first began yoga when she was 14. Having an on-again off-again relationship with yoga, she always found herself turning back to her practice whenever things seemed way too out of order. While living in Washington state and after her most difficult time in life, she returned to her mat at a community college yoga class. Here, she realized yoga was her therapy and her calling and never looked back. She has since developed a strong practice and immersed herself into a yogic lifestyle both on and off the mat. She obtained her 200-hour Yoga Alliance certified training through Sadhana Yoga School while living on Bethel Farms in Hillsborough, New Hampshire.
She most enjoys channeling the female spirit and hopes to work doing prenatal and post-natal classes as well as using yoga as a form of therapy and confidence building for young women and women recovering from abuse.
Her classes can be described as all-levels, suitable for all genders, non-intimidating, spiritual and nurturing.
