Natalie received her 200 hour YTT with All Yoga in Bali, Indonesia in 2014. She has been practicing yoga for about 8 years now. Her love for yoga began with Bikram Yoga, which she refers to as her “gateway into the yoga world.” Initially looking for simply a physical exercise, Natalie was drawn to the intensity and challenge of Bikram. Many years later, Natalie began her career as a travel nurse. It was then that she began to crave connection, community, and a sense of belonging among her globe-trotting adventures. Yoga quickly became her home…her yoga mat was what she tucked away in her suitcase throughout her travels, and connected her to herself, her community, and the world around her.
“As human beings, we all crave connection, and I understand that is a part of what brings us to our yoga mats.” Natalie’s teaching style consists mostly of Vinyasa, Power flow, and Yin-Yoga wrapped into a soul- infused class. “I love all of my students, and I feel so blessed to be doing what I absolutely love!” Drop in to her class at DTY and say hello
